Apparently a photographer lives in this Toronto studio/house. Parks his boat underneath too so I think he must be good at taking photos. Probably not the most livable space ever, but his dogs (and foal statue) don't seem to mind. For a more rigourous analysis of this place's architectural merits, the contemporist has done a nice write up.
