Nike78



78 creatives were asked to “challenge the function of a pair of shoes” for a project dubbed Nike78.

The significance of the 78? Nike started in 1978 ... so it isn't really a significant anniversary per se, but asking such a large group of diverse creative people to work on the project has meant some great results. They will be shown in an exhibition at the London Design Festival 2010 in September this year. Below are just a few examples, check the site for more and making of videos.
